  • Time Frame: We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You have 30 days after the date of receipt to initiate an exchange process.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition.
    We cannot accept any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and must be paid prior to sending the item back to us.

  • Availability of Replacement Item: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the item you request is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Our Returns and Exchanges Policy does not cover items purchased on sale or during promotional events.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number, the details of the issue, and a photo of the fault or damage. We will work with you to ensure a speedy resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
